Who Are We

About us

360 Academy prepares Care Guides to walk alongside families, helping them bring order, clarity, and coordination to a difficult or complex season of life. Care Guides do not manage families or replace the professionals serving them. Instead, they help families take one decision at a time while coordinating the people, resources, and next steps around them.

Graduates operate their own independent Care Guide practices with the support of the 360 platform. Their role is to organize, coordinate, educate, and connect—not to provide legal, tax, financial, insurance, or other licensed professional services. When specialized expertise is needed, Care Guides connect families with the appropriate licensed professionals.

At the heart of the 360 approach is a simple promise: we walk with families, we do not manage them; we provide order and support, not guaranteed outcomes.
